Dairy products – While most dairy products are all right for a person with stomach ulcers, it is very important for them to remember that any dairy product that they take has to have a low-fat content. Hence, whatever product is chosen, one must opt for low-fat options such as skim milk, low-fat cheeses, low-fat yogurt, and so on. Ideally, no-fat dairy products would be most preferable.

Snacks – Every diet will have to have some snacks. If you are going to be snacking in between meals, try to stick to crackers, pretzels, marshmallows, and hard candies, as they are all generally compatible with a stomach that is affected by peptic ulcers.
